The Explorer 5000 Plus is designed as an expandable energy platform.

The standalone power station provides 5.04kWh of battery capacity and can be paired with compatible Jackery Battery Pack 5000 Plus expansion batteries to increase available energy storage.

Larger compatible configurations can scale substantially beyond the base 5.04kWh capacity, allowing the system to be configured according to the customer's backup requirements.

Solar Charging

The Explorer 5000 Plus supports compatible high- and low-voltage solar charging.

Its high-voltage PV input supports up to 4,000W of compatible solar input, allowing substantially faster solar charging when appropriate panels and environmental conditions are available.

Actual charging performance depends on the connected solar equipment, available sunlight, temperature, panel orientation, system configuration, and other conditions.

Solar panels are included only with configurations that specifically identify SolarSaga panels as included equipment.

UPS Functionality

The Explorer 5000 Plus supports UPS functionality for compatible applications.

Standard UPS transfer is rated at less than 20 milliseconds, while supported Online UPS operation can provide 0ms transfer.
