The Jackery Explorer 5000 Plus Double Kit combines two Explorer 5000 Plus power stations to provide 10,080Wh (10.08kWh) of combined battery capacity and up to 14,400W of combined output.

Designed for high-demand home backup applications, the Double Kit provides both increased energy storage and increased power capability by using two complete Explorer 5000 Plus units.

This is an important distinction from the standard Explorer 5000 Plus 10kWh configuration, which combines one Explorer 5000 Plus with a Battery Pack 5000 Plus. The Double Kit instead uses two independent Explorer 5000 Plus power stations, making it better suited to configurations that benefit from additional output capability as well as additional stored energy.

The Explorer 5000 Plus platform supports 120V/240V applications, LiFePO₄ battery technology, compatible solar charging, expandable battery storage, and integration with Jackery's Smart Transfer Switch for supported home-backup installations.

Home Backup Integration

The Explorer 5000 Plus platform is compatible with the Jackery Smart Transfer Switch for supported home-backup installations.

When used in an appropriate configuration, the Smart Transfer Switch enables the 5000 Plus platform to integrate with selected household circuits for more seamless backup operation.

The Smart Transfer Switch is not included with every configuration on this page. It is included only when specifically identified as part of the selected configuration.

Solar Charging
