PC compatibility
A compatible Windows gaming PC is required. Crystal Light is not a standalone headset.

-
Windows 10 or Windows 11
-
A supported dedicated graphics card
-
A compatible processor and at least 16GB RAM
-
DisplayPort 1.4 connectivity
-
The required USB connections for the supplied cable
For racing and flight simulators, Pimax recommends an RTX 3080 / RTX 4070-class GPU or a supported higher-performance card. Demanding games, higher resolutions and higher refresh rates may require more powerful hardware. Performance depends on your complete system and settings.
Using a laptop? Compatibility depends on whether its DisplayPort-capable output connects directly to the dedicated GPU. A suitable Mini DisplayPort or USB-C adapter may also be required; having a USB-C port alone does not guarantee compatibility.
